Responsibilities: 1. Led the transformation of Retail Warehouse operations (system and infrastructure) and the implementation in all distribution centers. Forty distribution centers were targeted to be implemented in 2022. 2. Performed analysis and provided solutions to solve operational problems in distribution centers. Achievements: The retail warehouse project was implemented in 16 distribution centers (Mar 22 - Jun 22).

Responsibilities: 1. Led the transformation of Retail Warehouse operations (system and infrastructure) and the implementation in 10 distribution centers. 2. Identified and set up a standard of minimum order quantity for several products to increase operation efficiency in distribution centers. Achievements: The retail warehouse project was implemented in 10 Distribution Centers within four months (December 2021 – March 2022). The impact of this project was: 1. The total time of the picking process required in retail warehouses was 1.5 hours faster. 2. The working hours of our drivers were 2 hours faster, from 11.5 hours to 9.5 hours per day. 3. The monthly claims to our drivers due to damaged or lost items decreased by 70%. 4. The total of customers visited per truck or shipment increased by 15%. 5. The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for several products was standardized from in pieces to in boxes. Hence, the complexities of retail warehouse operations were reduced.

Responsibilities: 1. Collaborated with Information Technology teams to create system improvements suitable for operations. 2. Developed training materials and supported improvement implementations. 3. Performed qualitative and quantitative analysis to evaluate the operation performance. Achievements: 1. ​Developed a Min-Max Replenishment system to determine the safety stock of each product in each retail warehouse. Hence, the daily replenishment frequency in a retail warehouse could be reduced. After implementation, the daily replenishment frequency was reduced from 8 to 2 times, and the picking process was 30-60 minutes faster. 2. Increased the Personal Digital Assistant (PDA) utilization in our warehouses from 65% to 95%. 3. Google Suite implementation in all distribution centers.

Responsibilities: 1. Led a small-scale project to solve operational problems. 2. Monitored KPIs in the Distribution Department and provided adequate dashboards for monitoring purposes. Achievements: 1. Reduced the percentage of failed deliveries in the Solok area from 1.70% to 0.90%. The estimation of cost savings per month was IDR 300 million (USD 20,600). 2. Reduced the percentage of failed deliveries in the Batam area from 3.96% to 1.70%. The estimation of cost savings per month was IDR 73 million (USD 5,000).

Process Engineering and Energy Days Universitas Indonesia (PGD UI) is an international-level competition for chemical engineering students that is held every year by the Chemical Engineering Department of the University of Indonesia. Responsibilities: 1. Created a technical case related to the problems in Indonesia's petrochemical industries. 2. Managed assessment processes from the Abstract Submission to the Final Presentation stage at the University of Indonesia.

Keluarga Mahasiswa Buddhis Universitas Indonesia (KMBUI) is a university-level organization where the members are Buddhist students from every faculty in the University of Indonesia. Responsibilities: 1. Created and built a new supportive environment to improve the living standards of people in Krecek Village, Central Java Province. 2. Provided scholarships for foster children in Belimbing Village, Banten Province. 3. Collaborated with medical students to conduct a blood-donor event at the University of Indonesia.

My project was conducting rating and troubleshooting of a heat exchanger which could not be operated as its design using HTRI software. The result showed that there was a mistake in the design due to an unsuitable minimum temperature approach decision.
