- Spearheaded the creation of a sellable product during the pandemic, held meetings to explain, assign tasks to different departments (IT, marketing, operation, finance, sales), and to brainstorm possible issues and solving them.

- Managed third party FM vendor to ensure venues' real estate operational matters are taken care of
- Worked with other departments (sales, finance, marketing and operations) to ensure streamlining of Landlord monthly reports and responsible for submission.
