The task at hand:
1. Work closely with eCommerce team leadership on Strategy and Delivery of eCom proposals and programs
2. Own day to day client communications
3. Formulate recommendations for eCommerce creative optimization, partnerships and brand awareness + revenue media
4. Execute competitive audits, ensuring a strong story is told and white space is clearly identified
5. Actively participate in internal eCommerce discussions
6. Collaborate with cross functional internal resources to execute against clients’ digital strategies, campaigns, and goals
7. Contribute to the creation and contextualization of program metrics and platform data and leads the charge on program reporting
8. Provide eCommerce insights and analytics as needed
9. Create weekly and monthly performance reports, contribute to Quarterly Business Reports for client engagements
10. Remain up to date on eCommerce industry best practices and emerging trends + technologies
11. Inspire, motivate, and mentor your team, contributing to jr. team members’ career growth day-to-day, while efficiently communicating and “managing up” to your Manager/Director
12. Other tasks/projects assigned as required
