【Role】
In the OPS PM team, we have 2 sub-teams: Growth and Experience. The PM team is responsible for achieving driver growth, experience, retention, and profitability targets, making sure that we offer our drivers an excellent experience on the platform. As the Growth PM, you will mainly take the wheel in driver acquisition and onboarding process. As the Experience PM, you will scale and optimize the driver's journey with satisfaction via products, policy and services enhancement . Together, the team plays the significant roles on delivering overall performance of the business.
【Responsibilities 】
-Insight & Analytics
Generate analytics and insights based on internal data and competitor's movement that help us identify key metrics and optimize our strategy. Presenting a strategic opportunity assessment & analysis to management teams.
-Program initiation and management
Scope new growth opportunities and coordinate resources to design experiments then initiate and iterate programs.
Identify operational bottleneck and help improve with new processes.
-Cross-functional team collaboration
Work closely with Product teams and suggests features on roadmaps that can help the growth and retention of the fleet.
Collaborate with teams across Marketing , Finance, Legal, Services to ensure that insights inform broader strategic initiatives and create synergy in different projects.

除了派遣車輛,LINE TAXI 亦透過自動化管理系統,依據駕駛與乘客的所在地點媒合派遣車輛、管理司機、管理預約叫車等等,透過嚴謹的系統設定,確保服務品質,將人力與資源做更有效地運用。
LINE TAXI 團隊亦投注大量心力優化產品功能,廣納用戶意見,快速、確實地因應實際使用需求迭代,每一步仔細確實的修正,都來自真正用心洞察用戶需求、聆聽用戶的心聲。
LINE TAXI非常重視您的搭乘安全。我們不但提供安全支援中心服務,只要平時完成設定緊急聯絡人,當行程中遇到危急狀況就能迅速通知緊急聯絡人,更可以直接撥打 110 與使用簡訊報警,系統將會自動同步行車路線給警局。此外,依政府法規規定,每趟接送服務均為乘客投保旅客責任險至少150萬元,我們投保金額不只高於法規,更勝於同業。
每趟接送服務依法皆為 乘客投保責任險,單一事故最高新台幣(下同)2,000萬元,每位乘客體傷害死亡最高400萬元,LINE TAXI平台派車或路招乘客皆受到保障。
特別提醒: 車隊所投保的乘客「責任險」,理賠啟動前提要件須為「車隊隊員即計程車駕駛人對於該交通事故發生存有肇事責任」,且保險金額不等於理賠金額。
