Senior Sales Manager

Job Description helps fashion e-commerce uncover consumer's shopping preferences and provide personalized shopping experiences to consumers. We're making e-commerce merchants have enterprise-level AI supporting on day 1.

We’re making merchant's work better and we need people like you to help us. This role will focus on our core products and solutions to provide enterprise-level clients and fashion brands personalization products/services to help them more effectively build and scale their own consumer insights and businesses. This role requires an experienced sales leader, with a track record in the enterprise software space.

This is a hands-on, high execution leadership role that requires excellent business and technical skills to sell into the Enterprise and Fashion Brand market segment, become a true partner to our clients and partners.


  • Develop the long-term vision and strategy for the team and manage day-to-day operations, with a focus on performance against key sales metrics.
  • Build territory plans and go-to-market strategies including outbound campaigns at scale.
  • Support key strategic partners, owning the business relationships to ensure success.
  • Drive adoption of products/services by partnering with our Product and Customer Success colleagues.
  • Inspire, motivate, and enable personal and career development of team members.
  • Lead and coach enterprise sales executives from prospecting to building relationships with the right stakeholders to working with IT and legal to structuring deals and taking them all the way through a product launch.
  • Plan and manage sales plans, and find ways to scale successful experiences.
  • Improve sales plan, focusing on process management, in-depth analysis and sales funnel optimization.

[Minimum Qualifications]

  • 3+ years of sales experience in advertising, digital marketing, or SaaS products.
  • Professional experience in B2B software sales.
  • Leadership and people management experience.
  • Proven track record of building strong C-level relationships and closing multi-million dollar deals while exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience deploying SaaS platforms across enterprise organizations and driving long-term engagement.
  • Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing product and respond strategically to customer needs.
  • Experience meeting multiple objectives in an entrepreneurial environment with little supervision.
  • Willingness to travel ~30% of the time.
  • Passion for enterprise software, great products, startups, and the business of innovation.
    • Keen ability to translate complexity into simple and intuitive action plans and communications.
    • Strategic thinker who is comfortable in a fast-paced, always-on, highly ambiguous start-up environment.
    • Flexibility and comfort working in a dynamic, team environment with a possible remote organization with minimal documentation and process.

    • BA/BS degree required, MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
    • Experience working directly with/on SaaS, advertising, and digital marketing products.
    • Experience working with e-commerce or retails.
    • Experience in B2B software sales for Fashion brands.
    • Experience with sales in the APAC, US, or EU markets.
