We are looking for a skilled Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in developing, implementing, and managing digital marketing campaigns that promote our B2B SaaS solutions to fashion industry clients.

Responsibilities:

• Digital Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and brand identity.
• Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging content for online platforms, including blog posts, social media, email campaigns, and website content.
• SEO and SEM: Manage search engine optimization (SEO) and search engine marketing (SEM) efforts to improve online visibility and drive organic traffic.
• Social Media Management: Build and maintain a strong social media presence, creating and curating relevant content to engage the target audience.
• Email Marketing: Plan and implement email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
• Online Advertising: Create and manage online advertising campaigns across various platforms to boost brand awareness and lead generation.
• Analytics and Reporting: Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing efforts using analytics tools to make data-driven decisions.
• Conversion Rate Optimization: Identify opportunities for improving conversion rates and user experience on the company's digital platforms.
• Budget Management: Effectively manage the digital marketing budget, optimizing spend for the best results.

BACKGROUND & SKILLS:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing.
• In-depth knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising, tools, and best practices.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
• Proficiency with digital marketing software and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot).
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Creative thinking and an ability to identify and act on emerging trends.
• A strong eye for design and user experience.
• Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
