- To understand corporate process business
- Coach scrum team members in Agile frameworks
- Coach Scrum values to the rest of the organization
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration in Technology Division and the rest of the organization
- Resolve impediments
- Help teams implement changes effectively
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint
- Guide development teams to higher scrum maturity
职务需求
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or similar field
- Experience in analyst field, minimal 4 years
- Excellent analytical skills
- Experience in scrum master position
- Familiarity with software development
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
- Good knowledge of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Scrum scaling frameworks (Scrum@Scale, Nexus, etc.)
- Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
- Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
- Outstanding organizational skills
- Scrum master certification min. PSM I or equivalent
