Omlet Arcade, a leading mobile streaming app and social network, is seeking a talented and driven Growth Manager for Japanese and/or Korean markets to join our team.
As a Growth Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive engagement, retention and user acquisition for Omlet Arcade. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and data to create and implement initiatives that drive growth and build brand awareness.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a passion for mobile gaming and social networking, and a proven track record of successfully growing and engaging user communities for Japan and/or Korea. They should have a strong understanding of the mobile apps/games ecosystem, including user acquisition channels and monetization strategies.

目前團隊大小約30人左右,台灣辦公室有超過10個不同國籍的員工,可以和不同國籍的人相處,了解不同的文化。
