In terms of compensation:

• Basic annual salary of 15-20 months (including bonuses)
• Annual bonuses issued in June based on individual performance assessment from the previous year
• Salary adjustments in September based on personal performance assessment for the first half of the year

In terms of bonuses:

• Monthly performance bonuses
