．Responsible for the final results of Pizza Hut's new channel store-side P&L and staff development plan.
．Responsible for the implementation of the new channel new store opening plan
．Track and manage the project progress of the new channel project, (Include: implementation plan for the new channel stores & LSM & Audit improvement, Any other work to improve store performance)
．Co-work with other departments to establish a new channel store operation & training process

1. Minimum education requirement
．College degree or above
2. Relevant experience and minimum years required
．More than 5 years of experience in QRS & casual dining operation management
．Have chain brand & multi-store on-site operation management experience
．Have kitchen management and setting experience, such as: kitchen work flow setting, production capacity calculation and basic kitchen construction engineering concepts, etc.
．Clear data analysis and deconstruction ability
．Good communication skills and cross-departmental collaboration ability
．Possess operational experience in cooperating with food delivery platforms, and be familiar with platform system operations
3. Basic skills requirements
．Familiar with the operation of PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook and other operating systems
．English ability is a plus
