Job Description
⚡公司和產品介紹：
知名網路遊戲公司(集團)，在台灣有上市，除了遊戲代理與自製的核心業務，集團營運觸角廣泛，服務內容涵蓋行動支付、電子商務、影音新媒體、群眾募資等領域，致力為消費者打造多元、創意、趣味的生活體驗。
此數據部門為該事業體的新成立單位，此職位回報對象是處長，負責以下事務：
JD:
- 遊戲大數據專案統整和驅動
- 與總部大數據團隊合作
- 大數據團隊管理，包含數據分析師、ML工程師等，管理約5人
- 大數據年度指標達成
Requirements
期待人員有主導分析+有跟營運/行銷單位合作的經驗，技術背景是PLUS(因為下面有工程師，所以還是要稍微了解技術，但著重是在營運分析面)
其他條件：
- 5人以上團隊管理經驗
- 大數據建置經驗
- 良好的溝通能力和邏輯思考與策略規劃能力
