工作內容: 作為首席技術官 (CTO)，您將領導我們的技術和產品團隊，制定與集團業務目標一致的解決方案，成為數位轉型的推動者。
您的職責包括：
- 主導產品/軟件開發，加速集團的數字化轉型。
- 預測和適應技術趨勢，制定整體技術架構，並概述產品/技術發展的願景。
- 建立並持續優化產品開發流程，提升效率和質量。
- 監督系統性能和安全措施，確保運營效率和符合信息安全標準。
- 不斷改進現有的技術架構，提出改進的設計方案。
Requirements
要求:
- 5年以上技術/產品開發領導經驗。
- 至少3年的團隊管理經驗。
- 資訊工程或相關領域背景。
- 熟練掌握軟件架構規劃。
加分:
- 在新創公司擔任技術領導者的經驗（產品包括應用程序、POS系統、電子商務平台等）。
