About the Job

We are seeking a highly creative and skilled Content Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. This role is pivotal in driving our lead generation strategies through compelling and effective design content. You will be at the heart of creating engaging nurture campaigns, website content, marketing collateral, and social media ads to support both our marketing and sales teams.

Job Duties

• Design and develop impactful visual content for a variety of channels including social media, websites, email campaigns, and marketing collateral (digital and print).
• Work closely with the VP of Marketing and Director of Growth Marketing to align content design with our brand strategy and lead generation goals.
• Design and optimize landing pages and manage content updates across our HubSpot website, ensuring seamless user experiences.
• Collaborate with teams to produce content that meets business objectives.
• Possess strong written communication skills to help with ad copy and content strategy
• Ensure consistency of brand and creative across digital customer touch points.
• Participate in meetings with team members across different time zones, including occasional early morning, late evening, and being available for overlap work hours with the U.S. team.

Requirements

• Strong digital portfolio.
• Ability to learn the LED signage business, and how we can drive value to customers.
• Proficiency in design software and a solid understanding of design principles.
• Strong experience with HubSpot, particularly in designing landing pages and managing website content.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Flexible and adaptable to meet the needs of working with teams in different time zones.
• Independent, self-starter attitude with minimal need for direct supervision.
• Willingness to engage in morning/afternoon and late evening meetings 1-2 times a week, with availability via Google Chat during some U.S. work hours.
• Experience working with marketing and sales team is a plus.
• Some copywriting and copy editing abilities are a plus.
• Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
