PT. Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha Tbk (“WOM Finance” atau Perseroan) Didirikan pada tahun 1982 dengan nama PT Jakarta Tokyo Leasing yang bergerak di bidang pembiayaan sepeda motor, khususnya pembiayaan untuk sepeda motor merek Honda.
Perseroan mengubah nama menjadi PT Wahana Ottomitra Multiartha pada Tahun 2000 sejalan dengan transformasi bisnis yang dilakukan. Perseroan terus mengalami perkembangan dan tidak hanya melayani pembiayaan sepeda motor merek Honda namun melayani pula pembiayaan sepeda motor merek Jepang lainnya, seperti Yamaha, Suzuki dan Kawasaki.
