Job Description

【Responsibilities】

1. Establish and implement HR efforts that effectively communicate and support the company's mission and strategic vision.

2. Drive initiatives to preserve and scale our culture as we grow.

3. Be a trusted advisor to the Executive team for HR strategy and initiatives, including but not limited to key organizational and management issues, manager development, and employee engagement.

4. Develop HR plans and strategies to support the achievement of the company's business operations objectives.

5. Work with the company's management team to establish a sound plan of management succession.

6. Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of strategic goals.

7. Develop and implement comprehensive compensation and benefits plans.

8. Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation, and benefits.

9. Develop human resources operations financial strategies by estimating, forecasting, and anticipating requirements, trends, and variances; measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions; minimizing the impact of variances.

Requirements

【Qualifications】

1. Minimum 5 years of experience managing the Human Resources function

2. Proactive and energetic leader with experience cultivating productive relationships with employees at all levels.

3. Experience as an advisor or thought partner to organizational leaders.

4. Self-starter with excellent organizational and project management skills and experience developing and implementing HR initiatives.

5. Service-oriented and effective communicator with the ability to build trust and explain complex concepts clearly and concisely in both English and Mandarin.

6. Experience managing complex employee relations issues and bringing them to an appropriate resolution.

7. Deep knowledge of Taiwan’s employment-related laws and regulations, benefits administration, and compliance.

8. Must have an interest in VoiceTube’s mission and the ability to align HR initiatives to organizational goals.

9. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
