【工作內容】
1.招聘計劃：與部門合作，確定招聘需求。
2.招聘流程：負責招聘流程，包括發布職缺、篩選簡歷、面試、參考檢查和錄用。
3.員工入職和離職/資遣：協助新員工的入職程序，並處理離職程序，包括辦理離職文件和資遣手續。
4.辦公室營運：管理辦公室日常運營，包括設施管理、辦公用品訂購和安全措施。
5.設備維護：確保辦公室設備和技術設施的正常運作，並處理維修和保養。
6.公司活動：負責文化以及活動舉辦。如：每月慶生會、Team building!
7.主管交辦事項辦理。
