Technical Support Engineer (Spanish/English)

Job Description

Primarily phone and email support with occasional onsite support for business clients and company exhibitions

Requirements

1. Strong knowledge in networking: DNS, HTTP, HTTPS, Firewall...etc. 2. Great customer communication skills 3. Very comfortable working with teams across different timezones and overseas 4. Work independently with minimal supervision
