【職務特色】
直屬總經理室,你/妳將與總經理並肩作戰,在各項專案執行過程中更加了解集團運作,
並能夠充分發揮財務及會計專業,擴大自身的職能版圖。

【工作內容】
和總經理一起進行各項優化專案,提升組織營運績效成果。

【我們期待您具備以下條件】

  • 擁有會計系學士學位,以及兩年以上四大會計師事務所經驗。沒錯,最低門檻兩年即可,因為我們相信,真正優秀的人才,基本功訓練就足夠。
  • 具備強烈的好奇心,積極追求問題的根本原因。
  • 對於自身職涯具備高度企圖心,堅信財務會計是專業和邏輯思維的基礎建設。
  • 您願意積極參與企業經營場景,並將意義和具體實踐融入其中,不自我設限停留在幕僚界限。
  • 英文聽說讀寫流利 nice to have。

      Requirements

      • 至少3年的財務或幕僚相關經驗。
      • 具備財務、會計、商業管理或其他相關領域的學士學位。
      • 具有獨立規劃、管理和執行專案的能力。
      • 流利的英語書寫和口說能力。
      • 卓越的商業溝通和呈現技巧。
