Tsaitung is a platform for restaurants to purchase vegetable ingredients from producers. With our data algorithm, disruptive business model, and network of producers and restaurants, we are revolutionizing toward a modern agricultural supply chain.
Starting off downtown of Taipei City, Tsaitung builds a transparent platform that many of our restaurant partners rely on every day. On one hand, we ensure our restaurant partners get qualified ingredients with the highest service level and the most competitive costs. On the other hand, we help our producer partners connect to the marketplace more effectively with greater demand visibility. Tsaitung loves foods – and we are striving to shape better agriculture in Taiwan.
Next Door Fresh is the consumer facing brand created for the most convenient Diet Care experience. Launched during Covid-19 outbreak, Next Door Fresh used Tsaitung Agriculture's supply chain capabilities to enrich and to safeguard our consumer's daily lives by providing a wide-range of selections of fresh produces and the fastest delivery in industry at reasonable costs.
The Manager, Community Development will develop loyal communities around Next Door Fresh brand and shake up multi-funnel social commerce strategies. The role owns end-to-end community relations and works with our Communities to go through our Route-to-market lifecycles in order to deliver outstanding consumer experience. Furthermore this role defines strategic engagement levels with various communities for long-term consumer satisfaction.
What you will do?
1. Acquire Community Hosts
- Research, design, and develop Community Development strategies
- Develop community program goals with hosts and execute on the progress
2. Enrich Consumer Experience
- Engage with Hosts to deeply understand consumer experience
- Drive proper metrics such as conversion, traffics, orders, and revenue
- Coordinate with Tech team to implement integrations of CRM, eCommerce platforms, and social channels
- Build strong alliance with community hosts for positive dialogues with consumers
3. Brand Building
- Work with Brand Communications team to co-create content and to ensure effective community communications
- Develop significant mind share in communities for Next Door Fresh as No. 1 brand
4. Offering Innovations
- Explore new demands through hosts
- Collaborate with internal functions to fulfill the demands

Desired, not required：
- Knowledge of restaurants or producers is a huge plus
- Having managed complex production processes and known quality grading in the Agricultural sector.

自2017年九月開始營運以來，我們的團隊從一人成長至現在(2022年6月)的超過七十人，每天供應超過七公噸的蔬果，並於過去一年實現了多倍數的成長，更獲得了PChome與中華電信共同成立的基石創投(https://cornerstonevc.tw/investments/)、活水影響力基金(B Current Investment)、活水資本(Ondine Capital)、扶田資本(Foodland Ventures)、 以及行政院國發基金的支持。 然而，這僅是我們的開始而已。 在這個每年總值超過新台幣300億、每年穩定成長4%以上的市場，我們期待能扮演更重要的角色。
