Skip Trace Description: Skip Tracers investigate customer accounts that have missing or incorrect contact information. These accounts are referred to as ‘skips’ since contact information is incorrect or incomplete. You will conduct background investigations and make contact with multiple sources to gather contact and other information. You will also work with customers, both internal and external, and follow up to ensure all commitments are completed.

You enjoy a challenge and consider yourself to be a problem solver. Your experience with internet, collections, police or insurance investigation, and any part of the repossession process is a valuable asset.
Administrative Representative Description: Admin Representatives provide administrative support to the operations department and management. Duties include sending requested documents to customers, coding and entering new accounts, help with reports, inspecting work prior to sending to ensure quality is being adhered to, as well as general clerical functions – handling the mail, E-mails, reception, and pointing out areas of opportunity for management to address.
Successful admin representatives meet or exceed the goals designed to surpass client expectations by meeting their individual and/or teams performance expectations. You have a strong attention to details, which enable you to accurately process document requests and pin point areas of opportunity for management to train. Your experience with internet, collections, and effective use of the computer allow you to stay on task with the work load.
