【About the role】

Your contributions will directly influence the employee experience at ShopBack and serve as a solid foundation for your growth as an HR professional.In this role, you will be part of a temporary project-based team, responsible for coordinating internal events/projects such as TW Town Hall, ShopFest, offsite, and more. Additionally, you will provide support in the day-to-day operations of the office, handle emergency situations, and consistently report on work progress in a proactive manner.

6-month admin project-based function:

• Organize and implement employee engagement events such as 2023 ShopFest/ Multi-Tenancy/ Offsite etc. Including but not limited to:
1. Effectively utilize the budget that has been planned.
2. Office environment setup/decoration.
3. Brainstorming activity ideas.
4. Meal arrangements.
5. Proactively communicate with relevant teams.
• Office Operation & Facility Management:
1. Mailing, courier services, answering the phone, security settings, documentation, and filing, etc.
2. Ensure the demands of office procurement, assist in the daily operations of the office, provide support in emergency situations, and proactively report on work progress.
