Job Description

Rosetta.ai helps fashion e-commerce uncover consumers' shopping preferences and provide personalized shopping experiences to consumers. We're making e-commerce merchants have enterprise-level AI backup on day 1.

We are looking for a results-driven Marketing Development Manager to lead the charge in developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth. As a Marketing Development Manager, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, nurturing, and converting leads into loyal customers within the fashion industry.

        

Responsibilities:

    • Lead Generation: Develop and execute lead generation strategies to attract and engage potential clients.
    • Market Research: Identify new market opportunities, and target segments, and stay updated with industry trends.
    • Lead Nurturing: Create and manage lead nurturing programs to convert leads into sales opportunities.
    • Sales Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts align with their needs and goals.
    • Content Development: Oversee the creation of marketing content, including case studies, webinars, and whitepapers, to attract and engage potential clients.
    • Email Campaigns: Design and implement targeted email campaigns to educate, engage, and convert leads into opportunities.
    • Events and Webinars: Plan, promote, and execute webinars and industry events to build brand recognition and generate leads.
    • Marketing Automation: Utilize marketing automation tools to streamline lead nurturing and tracking.
    • Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
    • Collaboration: Foster collaboration within cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with overall business goals.

    Requirements

    [Minimum Qualifications]

    BACKGROUND & SKILLS:
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in marketing roles, with a focus on demand generation, lead generation, or marketing development.
    • Strong knowledge of marketing automation tools and lead management systems.
    • Excellent understanding of market research and analysis techniques.
    • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful marketing strategies and campaigns.
    • Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tactics, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, content marketing, and social media.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, draw insights, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
    • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    EXPERIENCES:
    • Strong understanding of the fashion industry and familiarity with fashion tech solutions.
      WORKING STYLE:
      • Highly motivated and entrepreneurial.

      BACKGROUND & SKILLS:
      • MBA degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
      • Proven experience in marketing development, preferably in the fashion, e-commerce, or SaaS industry.
      • Understanding of the MarTech and digital marketing industry landscape.
        EXPERIENCES:
        • Work experience in an international and culturally diversified environment.
        • Experience in mentoring or coaching other team members.
