Job Description

Rosetta.ai helps fashion e-commerce uncover consumer's shopping preferences and provide personalized shopping experiences to consumers. We're making e-commerce merchants have enterprise-level AI backup on day 1.

We're looking for a Digital Marketer to help us make a global impact. This role will run a variety of digital marketing campaigns and outsourced operations to drive growth and support the endeavors.

      

Responsibilities:
  • Build quarterly integrated marketing plans across paid, earned, and owned channels to grow adoption of Facebook Workplace
  • Drive funnel optimizations and specific product/feature adoption among targeted audiences.
  • Evaluate regional market trends and product fit to develop localized customer acquisition programs.
  • Partner with cross-functional marketing, analyst, IT colleagues to build and deploy multi-channel lifecycle marketing campaigns, including nurture and cross-sell programs.
  • Manage agency partners to budget, structure, and optimize global media campaigns based on ROAS and target CPAs
  • Lead campaign execution across channels, including ad configuration, defining target segments, asset maintenance, and creating tracking tags
  • Synthesize learnings into actionable insights to shape plans and report best practices with cross-functional teams
  • Structure ongoing tests to measure program impact and effectiveness of creative, segmentation, and channel

Requirements

[Minimum Qualifications]

BACKGROUND & SKILLS:

  • 2+ years of experience in digital advertising, lead generation, or equivalent marketing experience.
  • Experience in ad ops or marketing operations with expertise in Facebook ads manager, Google ads, and programmatic advertising.

    WORKING STYLE:

    • Communication skills including the ability to identify and communicate data-driven insights.
    • Ability to analyze data to identify opportunities, deliverables, gaps, and inconsistencies.
    • Flexibility and comfort working in a dynamic, team environment with a possible remote organization with minimal documentation and process.

    BACKGROUND & SKILLS:

    • Experience working directly with/on SaaS, e-commerce, digital advertising products.
    • Strong analytics and quantitative skills - experience using data in developing and measuring complex marketing campaigns.
    • Experience working both strategically as well as in an executive capacity to build and deploy campaigns.

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Experience running global campaigns targeting North America, Europe and APAC
    • Experience in a startup environment.
