We are seeking a talented and motivated Business Development Manager to join our team! In this role, you will have the opportunity to build collaborations and partnerships with leading partners in the web3 world, including dApps and foundations of Polygon, Arbitrum, Optimism, Aptos, Flow, and more. Rather than simply observing the growth of blockchain, you will be the one making an impact and shaping the future.

From the initial pitch to negotiation, deal closing, and maintenance, you will oversee the entire partner life cycle and work closely with internal teams to deliver the value of Blocto to our partners. To succeed in this role, you need to be creative, collaborative, and energetic. Responsibilities

  • Build a solid network of chain foundations and top-tier dApps, including social, DeFi, gaming, NFT, and other verticals
  • Close partnership deals, starting from the first pitch, demo, negotiation, and contract signing
  • Build and optimize partnership frameworks and strategies
  • Actively explore collaboration opportunities in the blockchain ecosystem
  • Provide personal insights and make business strategy decisions
  • Collaborate with Account Managers, Marketing, Engineering, and other internal teams to strike and support deals

Requirements

  • Native or fluent level of spoken and written English is a must
  • At least 2 years of working experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
  • Team player with the ability to build internal and external relationships and coordinate between potentially conflicting priorities
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Active and self-driven, able to adapt to a fast-paced working environment

Nice to have

  • BS/MS degree in Business, Marketing, CS, Engineering, or similar fields.
  • Proven experience/knowledge in the Blockchain/Crypto industry is a strong plus
  • Capable of understanding basic Blockchain and NFT technology
