-The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly qualified individual to lead our growth marketing efforts in Taiwan. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Taiwan's retail industry, extensive experience in the MarTech B2B sector, and a proven track record of successful lead generation, market development, and performance analytics.

•Have a deep understanding including but not limited to Taiwan's retail industry, including market trends, competitive landscape, and customer behavior.

✭Lead Generation 希望你對於用行銷捍衛業績堡壘有強大興趣
•Create and implement strategies to generate high-quality leads and drive customer acquisition in the B2B sector.
•Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and sales objectives.

✭Market Development 希望你能將專家觀點融入市場策略
•Develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns and initiatives to expand our presence in the Taiwan market.
•Identify new growth opportunities and partnerships to drive market development.

✭Performance Analytics 希望你是成效導向的行銷人
•Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.
•Utilize data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and optimize marketing strategies.

✭Content Marketing 希望你是品牌內容生力軍
Write customer success stories and market trend articles, and track their performance.
Lead the content for weekly customer newsletters and social media posts to align with current company products and customer needs.

-Required
•5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B MarTech.
•Proven track record of generating leads, expanding market presence, and delivering results in the B2B sector.
•Strong understanding of the Taiwan retail industry.

-Nice to have
•Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
•Fluency in both Mandarin and English is preferred.
