Your main responsibilities will involve collaborating on international business requirements, understanding technical limitations, conducting primary or secondary research on user behavior, and skillfully translating these insights into impactful sitemaps and wireframes.

As a vital member of our design team, you will closely collaborate with product/project management and development teams on a daily basis to enhance the overall user experience and improve the user journey. Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with business users and the product management team to understand their ideas and translate them into conceptual designs.
2. Identify design challenges and technical limitations within our international team, and create innovative solutions using the latest trends and techniques.
3. Evaluate the performance of information architectures (IA) through analysis and research, making data-driven recommendations for improvements based on user needs and business goals.
4. Engage in design discussions with project teams, software, and hardware development teams, and product design teams, providing walkthroughs and demos of user flow, wireframes, and other deliverables.
5. Embrace feedback and provide constructive critiques to foster a collaborative environment and achieve business goals.
6. Excellent web and app design experience and proficiency in development technologies.
7. Familiar with the UX Design Process and good at helping teams visualize requirements through UX methods.

Key Qualifications

1. 5+ years of experience, demonstrating validated conceptual and analytical skills in UX. However, your ability to showcase design work with a strong design sensibility and articulate storytelling is valued more than the number of years you have worked.
2. Evidence of solving large-scale problems. Ability to take complex concepts and simplify them for the customer in the form of elegant experiences.
3. Proficient English language skills are necessary for effective communication with our international business partners and your top manager.
4. Familiarity with the technologies utilized in web and app development, with a strong understanding of how these technologies play a crucial role in delivering outstanding user experiences.
5. Research and data analysis skills.
6. Proficient in design tools like Figma, Sketch, and collaboration platforms.
7. Proficiency in end-to-end layout design, including information architecture (IA), site maps, user flows, and wireframing.
8. Open-minded with excellent communication skills and a resilient attitude.
9. Strong ability to communicate complicated concepts and bring clarity to stakeholders and team members.
10. KPI-driven mindset and willingness to learn new concepts at a fast pace.
11. Experience with Enterprise SaaS platforms is beneficial.
12. Experience in the Electric Vehicles and/or Fleet Management industry is advantageous.
13. Familiarity with Scrum or Agile development methodologies is a plus.
