As a Business Development Associate, your dual mission is to identify Taiwanese corporations needing corporate accelerator and scouting services and to identify leads at European car OEMs and Tier-1s. Your role is key in expanding our global reach, setting up strategic meetings, and fostering growth in the smart mobility sector.

Responsibilities

• Scout and engage Taiwanese corporations for potential partnerships in corporate accelerator and scouting services.
• Identify and establish connections with key players at European car OEMs to explore collaboration opportunities.
• Strategically arrange meetings to discuss potential partnerships and collaborations.
• Create targeted outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and other channels
• Stay informed about corporate needs and industry trends in both the Taiwanese and European markets.
• Work closely with our teams to tailor our services to the unique needs of these corporations and OEMs.
• Represent Mosaic at industry events, workshops, enhancing our network and presence.

• 1-3 years experience in B2B lead generation, focusing on corporate services.
• Fluent in English and Chinese, with exceptional communication skills.
• Skilled in LinkedIn, email marketing, and other business development tools.
• In-depth knowledge of the ICT corporate landscape in Taiwan and familiarity with automotive markets.
• Detail-oriented, capable of independent work in a dynamic environment.
• Driven by a passion for corporate innovation and partnership within the automotive industry.
• Experience in startups, corporates, or consulting environments.
• Self-motivated, team-oriented, ambitious, and ready for new challenges.
