Role & Responsibilities:
Our primary Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is CargoWise One (CW1).
As the System Analyst for the Quotation Management System (QMS) module within CW1, your responsibilities include the following:

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to determine solution design, solution mapping, and project roadmap for the QMS module.
• Configure the package solution for the QMS module within CW1.
• Develop technical specifications, testing plans, and integration data flow.
• Oversee the implementation and testing of the system by leading the integration engineers.
• Design mechanisms for monitoring, alerting, and providing production support.

About Our Team:

• We use Github Enterprise for our version control tool, so we have Pull Request/Tag/Feature Branch in our develop flow.
• Jira is our issue tracking platform, and we also use confluence for documentation.
• We use Jenkins Pipeline for CI flow, and Ansible is our CD tool for deployment.
• All the new service will deploy on AWS, include the existing service and legacy system.
  
• Flowdock is our communication and collaboration place, we integration Jenkins notify and Monitor tool with it.
  
• We dockerize lots of service and application to our internal Docker registry. Most of tools are Docker container, like Jenkins, Nginx, Ansible, Nexus Repository…
• Prometheus is our monitoring system, and we also use Grafana and Alert Manager. About runtime exception, we use Sentry error logging system for real-time notify.
• We embrace open source like Airflow, Flyway, Swagger…

Desired Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in designing, configuring, or maintaining the ERP package solution for the Quotation module or Sales & Distribution (S&D) module.
• At least 3 years of experience in designing, implementing, or maintaining integration solutions such as EDI, web services, or API integration.
• At least 3 years of experience in SQL spec development.
• Experience in the forwarding business is highly desirable.
• Possess the ability to learn new technical skills independently and to solve complex issues effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to perform root cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage risks and issues to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.
• Efficient verbal and written communications skills in English is a plus.
