1. Management of Trading Tools as a channel to attract, nurture, and helping clients towards achieving their financial goals in FX market.
2. Research, planning, and execution throughout the Product Life Cycle.
3. Maintaining product vision and objectives in alignment with company goals.
4. Manage Product KPIs, Key Metrics, Reporting, and feedback.
5. Work closely with other teams to ensure Product success.

1. Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in Economics, Finance, Business, or any other related subject.
2. 1+ years (for Junior)or 3+ years (for Senior) of experience as an Economist, Equity/Fixed Income Research Analyst, Technical Analyst, or Investment Manager in a financial institution, preferably non-bank financial institutions.
3. Deep understanding on the concepts of macroeconomics and financial market, specifically FX market.
4. 1+ years (for Junior) or 2+ years (for Senior) of personal trading experience in stock or FX market is a plus.
5. International certification such as CFA, CMT, or CFTe is a plus.
6. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to use creative approaches to provide solutions through data.
7. Excellent organizational, influencing, and presentation skills.
8. Ability to speak and write in English and Indonesian fluently.
