In general, this role will be responsible on the maintenance and internet connection troubleshooting, specifically:

1. Maintain and optimize firewall / configuration (FortiGate, Cisco, Aruba).
2. Setup and manage virtualization (VMware, VLAN, Proxmox).
3. Troubleshoot user issue (Hardware/Software).

1. Min. 2 years of working experience as IT Support/IT Infrastructure Engineer/IT System Administrator/related role.
2. Experienced with Networking (VLSM, Load Balancing, Internet Backup).
3. Maintain internal infrastructure requirements including, laptop and desktop computers, servers, routers, switches, firewalls, printers, phones, security updates; support internet, intranet, LANs, WANs, and network segments.
4. Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems; current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, system performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization, HTTP traffic, content delivery, and caching.
5. Knowledge of Unix system administration.
6. Expertise in creating, analyzing, and repairing large-scale distributed systems.
7. Experienced managing virtualization (VMware, VLAN, Proxmox).
8. Experienced managing on-premise firewall / configuration (FortiGate, Cisco, Aruba). 9
9. Perform routine/scheduled audits of the systems, including all backups.
10. Interact with the help desk and other teams to assist in troubleshooting, identify root cause, and provide technical support when needed.
11. Experienced with OpenVPN.
