A cross-border coordinator is responsible for supporting KKday’s regional teams in cross-market/destination daily operation & cross-function projects, ensuring that all cross-border operations/projects are smooth & well-aligned.

He/She will be reporting to the Head of Planning & Coordinating in KKday HQ and will be working closely with teams from KKday’s regional local offices in tackling daily cross-border operation while making sure all cross-function data & projects are well informed & aligned.

Excellent communication & organizational skills are essential to a cross-border coordinator’s success, especially in consolidating data, generating reports, organizing meetings, and handling internal inquiries.


[Responsibilities]
1. Support & coordinate the cross-border operations and projects between local teams in the designated region.
2. Consolidate relevant data and generate reports on a weekly & monthly basis to aid cross-border teams in decision making.
3. Organize cross-function project materials & meetings to ensure information alignment with local teams in the designated region.
4. Develop strategies for communicating to the destinated local teams in the designated region, including the frequency and vehicles for communications and the coordination of communications.

[Preferred qualifications]
1. 2-3 years of experience in project management.
2. Experience in leading cross-functional programs
3. Fluent in English and Japanese is required.
4. Can manage your time effectively whilst working with multiple customers to deliver on goals. Proactively able to prioritize high-value clients whilst also thinking about strategy and process improvement.
5. Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and verbal communication, and strong group facilitation skills.
6. Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to balance your attention to detail with swift execution - we need to do things quickly and seamlessly.

クロスボーダーコーディネーターは、KKdayのローカルチームをサポートし、クロスマーケット/の日常業務および部門横断プロジェクトを担当し、すべてのクロスボーダー業務/プロジェクトが円滑かつ整合性のとれたものとなるようにする役割を担います。

クロスボーダーコーディネーターは企画コーディネート部門の部門長からの指示のもと業務を行います。各地域のローカルチームと密接に協力しながら、日々のクロスボーダー業務に取り組み、すべての部門間でやりとりが必要なデータ及びプロジェクトなどの情報連携が正確に取れているか確認を行います。

クロスボーダーコーディネーターには、優れたコミュニケーション能力と組織内における人や物事をまとめる力が不可欠です。特に、データの集計、報告書の作成、会議の開催、社内の問い合わせ等に対応することが求められます。


[担当業務]
1. 指定された地域のローカルチームとの間における、クロスボーダー業務のサポート及びプロジェクトの企画
2. クロスボーダー・チームの意思決定における、関連データの集約、週次および月次ベー　スでのレポート作成
3. 指定された地域のローカルチームとの情報の整合性を確保するために、部門間をつなぐプロジェクト資料の作成、ミーティングの開催をする。
4. 指定地域のローカルチームと円滑にコミュニケーションをとるための戦略策定（コミュニケーションの頻度、手段など）。

[優遇される資格と素質]
1. プロジェクトマネジメントの経験2～3年。
2. 部門横断的なプログラムを主導した経験。
3. 英語に堪能であること、その他の言語ができれば尚良し。
4. 複数の顧客と連携し、目標達成に向けて効果的な時間管理ができる方。
5. 戦略やプロセスの改善について考えながら、価値の高い顧客に優先順位をつけることができる積極的な方。
