#About the Job

You will play a key role in sustaining our relationships with Partners while ensuring Partners' product quality on KKday's platforms. The ideal candidate must thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment where prioritizing and multi-tasking are the precedence.

#Account Management

  • Ensure the products' content, rates, and availability are consistently optimized and competitive to maximize customer conversion.
  • Review products weekly and support the team in dealing with suppliers.
  • Develop and maintain strong partner relationships by providing data insights and consultation services (e.g., operation management advice and marketing opportunities with KKday)
  • Other admin related tasks and onboarding new products.

#Destination Analysis

  • Understand the business development direction by analyzing the market trends, customer preferences, partners' rate structure, and the competitors' model.
  • Identify and prioritize on-trend products to maximize product attractiveness

#Internal Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the team to acquire products according to the assigned areas
  • Work with Marketing Team to define marketing activities to optimize ROI (i.e., Customer Acquisition, GMV, Profit Growth)
  • Support the business plan implementation and monitor KPI.

Requirements

#We will love to hear from you if you have…
  • At least 1-year of relevant experience with team management experience in eCommerce, OTA, or travel agency would be an advantage
  • Highly effective in written and verbal communication and influencing skills in English and Chinese.
  • Exceptional client service skills with energetic, positive, and professional attitude; take pride in work product, data-driven, and attentive to detail.
  • A good team player willing to roll up your sleeves to help your colleagues when needed with solid planning and organizational skills to balance and prioritize work
  • Demonstrated independence skills and ability to spearhead initiatives & succeed in a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Passionate about travel will definitely add value to the job
