Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for developing the next-generation interactive video social networking mobile app, including evaluating the best technologies for iOS and Android, and collaborating with the team to continuously explore innovative methods to enhance user experience and interaction.
2. Capable of selecting appropriate technologies to rapidly develop product prototypes, actively participating in user testing, and refining the product based on feedback.
3. Continually researching and developing innovative interaction designs, including 2D and 3D elements, to enhance user engagement and visual experience.
4. Proactively learning the latest frontend and mobile app technologies, focusing on good software development practices, and driving technical innovation and optimization.
5. Flexible in responding to product transformations or changes, eager to participate in and support the development of other company products.
6. Collaborating closely with backend developers, UI/UX designers, and product managers to ensure that technical implementations align with the product vision and user needs, effectively facilitating technical communication within the team.

Job requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in mobile app development (iOS/Android).
• At least 4 years of experience in developing with Swift or Kotlin, proficient in at least one of these languages.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience with Python or JavaScript, with an understanding of frontend development and backend system integration.
• Familiarity with the best practices in mobile app development, including performance optimization, security, maintainability, and user experience design.
• Prior experience in cross-platform development, such as React Native or Flutter, is preferred.
• Experienced in CI/CD setup, Container, and IoC usage, capable of independently planning and establishing app CI/CD mechanisms.
• Strong problem-solving skills, capable of working independently as well as being an active participant in team collaboration.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented spirit, able to work closely with cross-functional teams to advance product development.
