As a Chatbot Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing chatbot applications for our clients. You will work closely with the development team to design, build, and maintain chatbots that meet the client's requirements. You will also ensure that the chatbot applications are scalable, reliable, and secure.
• Work closely with the development team to integrate the chatbot application with other systems and applications.
• Build and maintain the chatbot's knowledge base and natural language processing (NLP) capabilities.
• Implement security protocols to ensure that the chatbot is secure from external attacks.
• Test and debug the chatbot application to ensure that it is working properly.
• Monitor and maintain the chatbot's performance, and implement improvements where necessary.
• Collaborate with the client to gather requirements and provide technical support.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in chatbot development.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Knowledge of NLP and machine learning algorithms.
• Understanding of APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• General English skill.
