Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan / Build / Maintain / Monitoring / Troubleshooting Windows-based services(ActiveDirectoy / Exchange / Sharepoint)
2. Office service maintenance and troubleshooting (NAS / EMail / PC / Laptop / FTP)

Qualifications
1. Excellent oral and written communication skills
2. Strong customer focus & Multi-tasking skills
3. Understanding of key networking concepts such as different protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, ICMP, etc), OSI model, DNS and Virtualization
4. Understanding of key hardware concepts such as different techniques to keep server stable (iDrac, iLO, Storage...etc )
5. Windows system management skills and hands-on development experience using at least 2 of following: ActiveDirectory / IIS / WSUS / LDAP / RADIUS / OS image provision ...etc
6. MAC OSX management skills
7. Overseeing advanced security and ensuring all anti-virus and firewalls are routinely refreshed
8. Planning, monitoring, analyzing and troubleshooting IT frameworks.
9. Experience configuring and troubleshooting software-based VPN devices
10. Experience in network/system administration
11. Experience in firewall policy configuration
