【Key Responsibilities】

1. 進行日常會計分錄及財務相關作業:

-進口貨款相關費用、供應商往來相關帳務處理 (倉儲、物流配送、庫存盤點相關作業)

-門市成本及相關費用帳務審核管理 (進、退貨及庫存盤點相關帳務處理).

2. 門市、廠商成本作業相關問題協助排除及溝通

3. 參與每月月結成本結算分析報表編製及與預算之間差異分析

4. 年度提供各店及倉庫存貨資料供保險人員計算保費、Slow Moving Stock Provision以及總倉盤點等

【Budgeting & Latest Forecast】

1. 與統籌供應部門協作，完成COS、倉儲物流配送等成本相關費用預算編製與差異原因分析

【Cost report & ad-hoc】

1. 協助門市檢視W+L成因並提供相關報告、差異分析及財務建議.

2. 協助系統導入、流程和控制的改善項目: D365 ERP System.

3. 專案支援以及協助.

1. Minimum education requirement

- Bachelor’s degree in business / Finance / Accounting related field.

2. Relevant experience and minimum years required

- At least 5 years in finance or accounting position

3. Basic skills requirements

- Language: Good command in Chinese; Basic English

-Computer: Proficient PC skills (MS Office related application especially in Excel) ,SAP. D365 & Power BI system experience preferred.

4. Special competence required

-Has a degree in accounting or financial administration

-Organized and detail-oriented personality

-Logical thinking and good communication skill

-Is proficient with excel, including pivot tables

-Is a motivated and proactive team player, well collaborated
