1. Sales reports and other routine reports 銷售及其他常規報告
- Weekly/ Period sales reports making 製作每周/定期銷售報告
- Ad-hoc sales reports and analysis 專案銷售報告製作及分析
- Prepare competitive analytic reports, including NPD launch, etc. 製作競爭者分析報告，包括新品發佈等
- Support promotion result review 支援行銷活動成果的審核

2. Digital coding support 支援數據編碼
- Apply product and promotion codes for whole marketing team 為行銷團隊建立產品和推廣代碼
- Coordinate new product listing in own digital platform and CRM APP or Line OA 協調新品在自家線上平台和CRM APP/LINE OA的上架工作
- Communicate with cross functions to ensure right code setting, including RD, DTS, FIN, etc. 跨部門溝通確保代碼設置正確，包括研發部、數位科技服務部、財務部等
- Identify any process enhancement opportunities 發現回報流程改善機會點

3. Administrative support to department 部門行政工作
- Support PH Facebook lucky draw execution (post articles, change cover photos by campaign, contact the lucky draw winner, send out premiums, etc.) 支援必勝客Facebook的抽獎活動執行（發佈文章、按活動更換封面照片、聯繫中獎者、寄送獎品等）
- Consolidate marketing activities and follow up execution 整合行銷活動並跟進執行狀況
- Other marketing administrative support by requests 支援其他行銷行政工作

Qualifications:
1. Minimum education requirement
大學(日/夜間部)，行銷或商學相關科系畢業

2. Relevant experience and minimum years required
Preferred 1~2 years 助理 experiences

3. Basic skills requirements
人格特質：樂觀進取、善與人溝通、數字敏感度高、組織能力強
電腦技能：熟Word、Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook，文書處理能力佳
