【Strategy and Sales】
1. Execute PastaHut lower growth strategy and meet the annual objective
2. Utilize a range of techniques but specific focus on overall search incl SEO and SEM to drive quality traffic then sales.
3. Leverage marketing product campaigns, CRM, and media communication to drive sales.
4. Manage digital channels, such as EC, APP and other owned channel to bring quality traffic and co-work with marketing team on communication.
5. Give e-commerce/lower funnel perspective to PastaHut marketing team lead for building full funnel and co-work/guide partner agency for better performance.
【Data Analysis】
1. Analyzing EC and owned media performance of PastaHut from multi-dimensions based on biz needs.
2. Use statistics and insights to influence future EC activities.
3. Develop and enhance regular report efficiency.
【Agency】
1. Leverage agencies to optimize the digital marketing investment.
2. Learn new practices and tools from the market to get digital experience initiatives.
【Project management and Communication】
1. Lead/Implement the assigned EC projects by co-operate with cross-functional teams thru effective communication/coordination.
2. Working closely with PastaHut marketing team to maximum the key campaigns to run smoothly on-line.
3. Uplift efficiency on ways of working and build SOP for new task if needed.
【Reporting】
1. Regular basis reporting incl performance review and project updates.
【Administration】
1. Responsibility for planning and budgetary control of PastaHut lower funnel.
2. Day-to-day EC site on-and-off shelf management of PastaHut related scheme by co-work with DTS & marketing team.
Key Qualifications
1. Bachelor/master’s degree required from business/marketing related
2. A minimum of 3 years relevant experience
3. Expertise in EC fields, EC platform related experience is preferred
4. Agency background incl. MarTech, digital media or SEO, and focus on performance media (i.e paid media) is preferred.
5. Digital marketing experience and keen interest in marketing and technology
6. Experience in operating owned media
7. Experience in managing digital/customer journey related initiatives is preferred
8. Ability to execute EC campaigns to drive quality traffic and AOV
9. Use Google Analytics and analytical skills to do and explore insight
10. Self-motivated with the energy and ability to take initiative on relevant issues
11. English verbal and written skills
12. Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate at all levels of the organization and to complete objectives utilizing the commitment and cooperation of others.
13. Demonstrated ability to react quickly and adapt well to change, with the ability to influence others to adapt as well.
14. Growth mindset and open-minded for new tools, new platform or net format to grow sales.
Skills requirements
1. Must have: Google analysis, Google search console, PowerBI, Google ads
2. Nice-to-have: Google tag manager, Google Data studio, SEO, MAAC
