◆Manage and control new store projects on time, within budget and with high quality builds
◆Conduct the construction projects for new opening, relocation, and remodel. The jobs including layout planning, capex estimation, suppliers tendering, PB reporting, oversees the under-construction projects, projects’ completion check and acceptance.
◆Suppliers management, control and maintain the capacity for business growth needs.

1.建築、設計、工程等相關科系畢業
2.Good construction relevant know-how such as; material, cost, regulation
3.Computer：PC skills, AutoCAD must, MS office
4.Over 5 years’ managerial experience in chains stores Construction
5.Experience on the execution of construction projects
6.Proactive, energetic to works, self-motivated with good integrity & discipline
7.Good communication skill
