inline is looking for a full-time Paralegal with a career interest in the Software as a service (SaaS) industry. The person in this role will ensure inline’s contractual and commercial liability across all regions and all product lines, business compliance, and draft and analyze legal documents.

Given the rapid APAC expansion, the individual is motivated, driven, and detail-oriented with analytic capabilities to derive insights from disparate and complex sources. High fluency in English is required to support communications with global teams and partners.

【 What You Will Do 】

▮ Provide guidance on relevant regulations to internal teams in Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Operations regarding the implications of product development and distribution, sales execution, labor law and organizational structure.

▮ Draft, review, revise, and/or audit, and manage a variety of legal documents, including, but not limited to: sales contracts, confidentiality and/or non-disclosure agreements, cooperation agreements, non-compete agreements, terms of service, and/or employment agreements to ensure effective provision for and protection of inline’s interests and commercial impact, as well as legal and regulatory compliance.

▮ Research and report on legislation that impacts inline’s products and/or operations such as data privacy laws.

▮ Represent inline to the resolution center or dispute court for legal actions taken where you are based.

▮ Assist with other tasks as assigned.



【 What You Should Have 】

▮ Offer 4-5 years of experience providing high-quality legal support and services in a corporate environment - preferably in the tech industry, or at a law firm with some software clients.

▮ Having completed an Undergraduate Degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, Pre-Law or a related program is a plus. Further studies on business or finance and accounting are preferred.

▮ Offer exceptional business acumen and an advanced understanding of legal language, processes, principles and research methods.

▮ Are a dynamic ‘do-er,’ who offers subject matter expertise related to negotiating sales contracts for complex, B2B Software.

▮ Are ambitious and achievement-oriented with a bias to action and a sense of urgency around follow-through and follow-up.
