We’re looking for a self-motivated marketing specialist who has proven experience in leading e-commerce companies with successful records of performance marketing, especially in LINE Official Account. You will have the opportunity to build, develop, and manage channels and campaigns that make the magic for our customers and patrons. We’re a fast-paced team with ambitious goals. If you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves, have great project management and interpersonal skills, you should give it a try.
▮ Manage LINE Official Account with the technology of LINE OA 2.0 and knowledge of membership management to achieve our goals and KPIs.
▮ Use market trends, data insights, and be able to identify opportunities to develop campaigns and optimize user experience of the Official Account.
▮ Deliver campaigns through but not limited to landing pages, affiliate programs, SMS, blogs, SEO, paid media, social media, playbooks, infographics, videos, influencers, etc.
▮ Monitor project timeline, drive process, and review results.
▮ Measure and report performance of channels and campaigns with relevant KPIs, and propose optimization plans.
▮ Coordinate with cross functions and external vendors for marketing deliverables.

▮ 掌控專案時程並負責推進及檢核成果
▮ 監控行銷渠道及活動的相關 KPI,並提出優化及解決方案
▮ 與跨部門或協作夥伴溝通行銷產出
What you should have / 工作技能
▮ 3+ years of digital marketing experience, if you have experience in the travel and hospitality industry is a plus.
▮ Strong sense of responsibility, able to work and thrive in a dynamic startup environment where you derive priorities, requirements, and goals from the company context.
▮ Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and manage multiple stakeholders.
▮ Analytical and quantitative skills, with good understanding of digital marketing analytics such as Google Analytics, and good knowledge of Excel
▮ Creative thinker who's able to tackle business problems and communicate solutions to cross-functional teams.
