About this Role
inline is seeking an aggressive, high-energy, talented Visual Designer who enjoys challenges and growth in a fast-moving, dynamic environment. As an inline Visual Designer, you will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging graphic designs to help drive the company’s strategic priorities, develop our brand, and support key projects.

• Create company branding content and materials
• Create materials for marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Collaborate with our marketing team on design proposals and execution roadmaps
• Realize visually appealing and emotionally engaging designs from marketing and business requirements
• Continue to develop and grow as you follow and advocate the latest standards, practices, and trends in the field of visual design

What you should have / 工作技能

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Design, or a related field
• 5+ years of visual design experience in a professional environment
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• A solid foundation in typography, layout, and design
• Independent and self motivated. You don’t wait for others to give you instructions or help you solve problems.
• Experience with motion design
• The ability to prioritize tasks, communicate progress, and meet deadlines
• Familiar with printing processes and quality control
• Comfortable in a multi-lingual, agile workplace
