inline is a software startup focused on maximizing restaurant efficiency managing tables and reservations. We have thousands of restaurants including leading chain brands, Michelin-starred restaurants, shopping malls, and busy brick-and-mortar restaurants. We also partner with food-tech platforms, social apps, and various media services to grow the exposure and business for inline restaurant customers.

About the Role

At Inline, Head of food ordering is to maximize our opportunity for gross booking, and to shape and build the world-class sales organization and scale revenue to the next level. You will be consistently creating sales strategies and delivering an incredible dining experience to all of our current and future customers.

To succeed at Inline, you must be aggressive, high-energy, highly organized, result driven and hard working. As a head of food ordering, you will work cross functionally with stakeholders in sales, revenue ops, product, sales, marketing, and operations to manage and optimize restaurant relationships and provide maximum value for both inline and its clients.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Build a high performing and diverse sales organization responsible for delivering revenue.
  • Create sales strategies, directions, and build the pipeline from partners and close deals that enables teams to exceed revenue targets and critical metrics.
  • Actively contribute to the achievement of monthly sales and delivery targets by meeting and exceeding individual KPI’s. P&L management.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge in respect of TMS, food ordering, processes and business finance solutions. Conduct competitor analysis on a regular basis.
  • Act as primary point of contact for F&B industries, corporate clients, short-term/long-term relationships, and maintain a suite of sales plans to find the potential opportunities.
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs.

Preferred Experience & Personal Traits

  •  Functional and Career Experience
    ▮ 12+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, account management, strategy, operations, and startup or related experience. preferably in an F&B industry within a marketplace business.
    ▮ Experience leading a sales team.
    ▮ Track record of building and managing a multi-million dollar business.
    ▮ Regional and International professional experience is a plus.
  • Leadership and Management
    ▮ Track record of successful cross- functional working relationships. Distill insights and information and lead deftly across the many aspects of business development for leaderships and the team.
    ▮ Data-driven approach to decision making and sound business judgment to determine project performance and financial viability, grounded in analytical thinking.
    ▮ Strong P&L, Excel and data management skills.
  • Personal Traits
    ▮ A natural problem-solver who can work through challenges and navigate comfortably in ambiguity.
    ▮  A creative partner, strategic thinker, interpersonal communicator and a hand-on doer who can enjoy experimentation and is willing to take bold bets despite risk of failure.
