• Investigate and determine projects in line with the correct internal resource
• Provide photoshoot preparation (property list and budgeting)
• Motivating and managing team under tight deadlines
• Working with the creative team to agree on and create timelines, instructions, and breakdowns for future projects
• Work closely with Merchandise, Marketing, Content, and another team to execute projects
• Preparing daily priority lists, weekly project status reports, and project budgets for creative team
• Regularly tracking and updating project status and progress
• Taking overall ownership of creative projects from brief to fulfillment
• Quickly learn all knowledge Howel and Co. Products

• In-depth knowledge of creative's work flow
• Minimum of 1 year working experiance as a traffic or project manager
• Good time-management skills
• Detail oriented and ownership of the ability of multi-tasking
• Experiance managing digital and integrated campaigns in a creative and production agency is a plus
• Previous experiance of Resource and Production service sourcing
• Be unafraid to ask questions and have an innate ability to identify and manage project risk
