Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- To do monthly recording and filing of admin compliance of the company
- Do filling for all company file
- Follow up with Customer about the payment (if needed)
- Record and file all documents needed (soft & hard copies), Purchase Invoices, Delivery Orders, Statement of Accounts, Bank Statements, etc
- Helping Perform and record company financial transactions
- Helping Manage and control the company's financial transactions
- Helping Finance Checking Monthly Company Financial Report
- Helping Finance for checking Customer payments with Invoice
Sistem Kerja - 6HK1OFF, hari libur di Sabtu/Minggu disesuaikan dengan rekan kerja - Senin-Jumat 09.00-17.00, Sabtu / Minggu 09.00-15.00
