Key Responsibilities

• Provide world class support experience with direct assistance to Cubo parents
• Lead and oversee a team of 3 - 5 agents and assist team members in resolving a customer’s concern or complaint
• Handle major incidents that cannot be resolved by team members
• Develop, train, and motivate team members
• Facilitate communication and coordination with HQ teams
• Develop programs and procedures to enhance productivity and performance.
• Be a technical expert of Cubo Ai
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude toward customers at all times

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum of 3 years Customer Support experience in a tech company

- Strong verbal and written communication skills; able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner

- Knowledge of, and ability to effectively apply, applicable policies, procedures, resolutions, and ordinances.

- You are comfortable using Slack, Google Applications, Zendesk, Shopify, Amazon Seller Central

- Flexible working hours (night shift required) and availability during the holiday season

Bonus Points:

• Experience troubleshooting WiFi connectivity
