【What you will do】

• Lead the development and management of hardware products, including the entire process from concept to product launch.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, manufacturing, and marketing teams, to ensure smooth product development.

• Define product specifications and pricing strategies, and continuously optimize products based on market research and customer feedback.

• Manage the product lifecycle, including specification requirements, product design, development testing, and launch.

• Monitoring product testing and quality control to ensure products meet specifications and standards.

• Manage ODM vendors and the supply chain to ensure timely delivery of products, cost control, and monitor product shipping schedules.

• Negotiate and collaborate with supplier management to ensure maximum benefit for the company.

【Requirements】

• At least 5 years of experience in hardware product management for consumer electronics products, with experience at brand companies being preferred.

• Excellent leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Strong product understanding, able to understand market needs and customer feedback, and develop corresponding product strategies and plans.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, able to address various challenges and issues.

• Excellent project management and organizational skills, able to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to clearly report work progress and issues to the team and superiors.

• Proactive attitude towards work, able to work under pressure to achieve individual and team goals

• Fluent in English & Mandarin: verbal and written communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
