We are looking for a Community manager who knows what it takes to grow, engage and retain an online community, and help convert them into leads, customers, active fans and advocates of our company. Our ideal candidate should be a ‘people person’ who has outstanding communication and interpersonal skills and is able to develop engaging content on our social communities (FB Page, Group and Instagram) .
What you’ll do
* Native English-speaker (Fluent in Chinese is a Plus!) * Understand American culture & trends * 1.5+ year of relevant work experience in social media management * Knowledge with both data-driven analysis and creative production * Empathy, warmth, curiosity, humility and a sense of humor * Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills * Must love, love, love babies!
