Job Description
軟體專案經理(Software Project Manager)
職務內容:
一、資訊部門管理與策略擬定
1.需有軟體架構規劃設計和開發應用實作能力
2.需有資料庫架構規劃設計和效能條校實作能力
3.控管及參與公司資訊系統開發專案之開發進度與流程，包含前置規劃、流程分析、解決方案評估、系統分析、系統設計開發、資料驗證、系統測試、使用者測試等。
4.考量並評估內外部使用者之需求，包含管理階層、使用人員及相關人員等，以更全面性的思維評估電腦與系統之需求，提出最適宜之解決方案，協助整體資訊之發展與應用。
5.負責ERP系統與各部門系統流程規劃、梳理、優化與流程再造。
6.負責主導公司電子商務系統之規劃、整合與優化。
二、確保資訊系統之維運為高效且正常
1.負責公司各部門之資訊設備與系統順暢運作與維護，分析工作流程，排定作業順序，設立標準值並訂定管理週期。
2.評估公司對於資訊科技的需求，並提出改善方案（如：系統架構改善、工作流程改善..等）。
3.建構資訊系統之資訊安全控管機制，包含防毒配套、風險控管及損害修復機制等。
三、領導資訊部門，並在公司內部推動數位轉型，以實現高度資訊化治理
1.管理IT團隊並有效管理預算與支出。
2.指派並監督資訊部門團隊成員工作，協調、整合各項專案等，以達成公司資訊策略目標及資訊系統正常維運之使命。
3.領導資訊團隊進行資訊系統之測試與驗證，並檢視系統圖表與程式內容，以利於安裝使用前確認其安全性與適當性。
4.執行各項資訊系統開發過程中之測試與驗證時，應與其他部門進行有效之溝通協調。
