Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Work with marketing teams to communicate marketing goals and objectives and ensure global campaign alignment.
  • Partner with sales and development teams to execute marketing strategies. Integrate learnings into campaign development and media strategy so that campaigns are constantly iterating and evolving.
  • Execute integrated campaigns including briefing, go-to-market (e.g., paid, owned, and earned channels), and post-campaign measurement and analysis.
  • Planning and execution marketing event.
  • Nice to have: Familiar with data market, ecosystem, and open source community.

職務需求

Minimum qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Product / Marketing for B2B organization or software related fields.
  • Speak and write fluently in English.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills. A flexible mindset to solve problems independently.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including multi-tasking, time management and attention to detail, with the ability to accurately control timelines across units and deploy resources in advance of unforeseen situations
  • High stress tolerance, able to handle pressure and make appropriate decisions.
  • Good team communication and coordination, able to integrate suggestions from others in addition to having own views on things

  • 優異的組織能力,包含多重任務、時間管理和對細節的重視,能精確管控各單位時程,遇到突發狀況能提前調配資源
  • 高抗壓性,能夠適當地處理壓力並做出適當決策。
  • 善於團隊溝通和協調,對待事物有自己的看法外,也能融合他人建議。

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience and interest in the data industry. Understanding of enterprise data stack.
  • Experience using BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
  • Ability to think strategically, balance attention to detail, and achieve company objectives.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Experience managing product marketing and defining strategic marketing plans based on user insights and business goals.
  • Experience in marketing event planning and execution.
  • Experience in planning and executing large-scale marketing events and seminars for more than 200 attendees.

面試流程

  1. Phone Screen: 10-20 mins call with HR
  2. 1st Interview Online Interview: one-hour online interview with department supervisor
    Assignment(if applicable)- Candidate will receive an assignment, as we expect them to finish it within 1 weeks.
  3. 2nd Interview(Peer interview): one-hour peer interview, and we would discuss candidate’s experience and background, what passionate about..etc.
  4. 3rd Interview: one-hour interview with CEO, CTO and HR
